Is your Self-worth bruised?

Wake up feeling better about yourself.

Practice seeing the good in your life.
Build confidence and lasting self-worth.

The Teaching

The Self-Worth Ladder

Self-worth rarely appears all at once. It grows step by step.

Most people try to jump straight from self-doubt to confidence. But lasting self-respect develops gradually, as you rebuild credibility with yourself, one small commitment at a time.

As you honor what you said you'd do, your relationship with yourself slowly changes. You begin to believe in yourself more and more. Joy follows. Confidence follows. Then your bigger ideas become possible, because you've built the self-trust to know you'll follow through.

The Practice

Five minutes before sleep

Your last thoughts before sleep shape your first feelings in the morning.

If you fall asleep focused on what went badly, on the mistakes, the missed things, the voice that says not enough, you will wake up in a cloud of gloominess.

But when you fall asleep focused on what went well, your brain reinforces those thoughts all night long.

"At bedtime, tend to what fills you."

That's the whole practice. It's not complicated. But it needs consistency. Just five minutes, at bedtime, acknowledging what went well.

What Gets in the Way

There is a fog.

A background voice that scans your day for what went wrong, what you didn't do, how you fell short. A negativity bias. It doesn't shout. It sighs.

That's what this journal, and this community, will help you heal.

If that voice is running the show, your best attempts to feel good about yourself will keep falling short. You need a way to interrupt it, consistently, gently, night after night.

"You can't create the life you want until you can accurately see the life you have."

The Negative voices → what steady STEADY builds

Today was sh!t again

This went well today.

Nobody loves me.

I received love today.

I messed everything up.

I showed up & I'm proud of my effort.

I hate myself.

I like this about myself.

Tomorrow will be just as bad.

I decide how I meet tomorrow.

→ You can do this! I believe in you

DO You Prefer to work Alone?

OR in Community?

Why Community

You could do this alone.

But you don't have to.

There's something that happens when you live these practices inside a community who share the same intention for thriving. You show up differently. Someone notices when you do. There is encouragement and accountability. Consistency follows

The community doesn't replace the journal. It's where you practice sharing what's going well - so you can believe it more deeply. It helps to have a place to speak the new language you are learning.

We celebrate each other. Witness the healing. Build belonging.

Come as you are. Then get better!

The Container

Everything inside the program

The Physical Journal

Yours, in the mail. A 90-day guided evening journal. Every night, five questions. Your answers stay private. This is between you and yourself.

Weekly Wednesday Zoom

Check-in. Short embodiment practice. Writing exercise in breakout rooms. Practice shares. Andrew reads the room and invites someone to go deeper. 1-2pm EST | 6-7pm UK Summer.

Weekly Pair Call

Every week you're assigned a partner. One person's job is to call you. Your job is to call someone else. The call has one job: give me examples of what's going well this week.

Milestone Celebrations

Day 27. Day 63. Day 90. Every milestone named out loud. Day 90 gets a standing ovation. "Who's completing today? Stand up." Your commitment, witnessed.

This is not a course.

Just show up, and practice seeing the best in yourself and others.

Is This For You?

STEADY Together is for you if...

Image

You'd like to feel good about yourself

and you're willing to put in the effort, curious to see what happens.

Image

You're likely to quit on your own

You've started good things alone before, then quietly drifted. You want to break this cycle.

Image

You're tired enough with your negativity

to try something new.

Image

You want to wake up differently in 90 days.

Not overnight, but genuinely, measurably different.

Image

You know the good in you deserves more airtime

even if you can't quite see it yet.

Image

You can commit to meet an hour a week, for 90 days

and 5 minutes a night.

A Note from Andrew

I didn't build this because I had it all figured out.

I built it because I have a viciously negative mind that keeps lying to me about my life. When I believe how "awful" my life is, I feel terrible.

No amount of therapy could stop voices, so I built a new habit to see the richness in each day. When I do, I feel so much better about being me.

And I found that just five minutes, at the end of the day, looking honestly at what went well, started to change something. Slowly. Quietly. For real.

Each page you complete is a gift. Medicine needed to repair old injuries and restore your birthright to thrive.

I believe in you. You can do this.

— Andrew
